6. Your rights.
We want you to be in control of your information, so we provide you with the following tools:
• Device permissions . Mobile platforms have permission systems for specific types of data and device notifications, such as phonebooks, location services, and push notifications. You can change preferences on your device to consent or object to the collection of the corresponding information or to display the relevant notifications. Obviously, if you do that, certain services may not have full functionality.
• Delete . You can delete your account directly in the service, using the appropriate function for it.
We want you to know your privacy rights. Some key points to remember:
• Review your information . Applicable privacy laws may give you the right to review the personal information we hold about you (depending on the jurisdiction, this may be called a right of access, a right of portability, or variations to these terms). You can request a copy of your personal information by means of a request to the email MOMO@kuxan.co
• Update your information . If you believe that the information we have about you is inaccurate or that we no longer have the right to use it, and you wish to request its deletion, you can do so from the app or by requesting it by email MOMO@kuxan.co
For your protection and that of our users, we may ask you to provide proof of identity before responding to the above requests.
• Uninstall . To stop all collection of information from an app, uninstall it using the standard uninstall process for your device. If you uninstall the app from your mobile device, the unique identifier associated with your device will continue to be stored. If you reinstall the app application on the same mobile device, we may again associate this identifier with your previous transactions and activities.
• Responsibility . In certain countries, including those in the European Union, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate data protection authority if you have concerns about the way we treat your personal information. The authority of data protection with which you can file a complaint can be located in the place of your habitual residence, where you work or where you are established.
